Steam curing pot USES automatic control of the temperature, pressure, curing time.The steam enters into the pot from the bottom of it, the steam inlet is setted at the bottom of the tank, air inlet is controlled by pneumatic Angle seat valve automatically.
Steam diffusion tube is arranged in the tank bottom, the steam holes (4 mm, 5 mm) in diffusion tube is densely arranged according to certain rules and tilt Angle to ensure that the temperature spreading around evenly after the steam entering into the tank , preventing the uneven heating products caused by steam spread unevenly and direct heating, and make sure the temperature in vulcanizing tank is well-distributed.
After setting work procedures, automatic control system conduct air intake, exhaust gas, heating, heat preservation, sulfide, etc, when the vulcanization is done it will be automatically closed and sends an audible and visual alarm sound.
Temperature and pressure being constant, uniform in Vulcanizing tank solved the problem that product quality is not the same because of the uneven temperature and pressure of tank products
