1 Application
1)Mainly used for tire tread vulcanization moulding in tire retreading industry and some other compression molding of rubber products which need high temperature and high pressure in the aspect of production process.
2)With high-low pressure oil pump, driven by the motor directly ,the motor starts up by the magnetic starter. Built-in thermal relay as overload protection, when motor overload or failure, will stop automatically .
3) Each plate of the press is installed with hydraulic push-out /push-in device .
4) The press has automatic filling pressure , automatic exhaust ,sulfide digital display timer, automatic open mold and other functions ."mold into - clamping rise - automatic exhaust-sulfide timing - mold down - products launched ".The above whole work cycle can be finished automatically.
5)The press is equipped with manual control device , mold open and down in case of power cut .
