Mz-4016b Mooney Viscosity and Relaxation Tester
FEATURES AND PURPOSE:
MZ4016B Mooney Viscosity Tester conforms to the requirements of GB/T1232 Determination of Nonvulcanized Rubber Mooney Viscosity, GB/T1233 Determination of Initial Vulcanized Characteristics of Rubber Mix Method of Mooney Viscosity Tester, ISO289 and ISOI667 and other standards. The machine adopts imported intelligent digital temperature controller; adjustment and enactment are easy and convenient; range of the control of temperature is wide. Mooney Viscosity Tester analysis system applies windows xp operating system as the platform. So it has flexible DP method and imaging software interface and also the programming method of VB language. It uses high accurate measuring instrument, with high automation and high intelligentization. Its structure is novel; its technology if advanced; performance is stable. It can be used for the analysis of mechanical performance of all kinds of material and the quality inspection in scientific research institutions, advanced colleges or technical secondary school, and enterprises on industry and mining and so on.
