Rubber refining mill
1. Introduction about the rubber refining mill:1.1. The machine mainly consists of the one base, rack, front and rear roller, transmission gear, gear, pitch devices, roller temperature control device, the cutter components, take-up mechanism, safety switches and electrical control system.
1.2. Roller material is chilled cast iron alloy with high hardness and wear resistance, roller temperature control device, can access to the roller cylinder steam or cooling water to adjust the roll temperature to meet the technical requirements.
1.3. Rotating take-up mechanism on the hand wheel, you can take-up roller speed adjustment.
1.4. Machine is equipped with brake brakes, emergencies, safety lever to pull the brakes immediately, thus reducing the personal injury.
