Purpose:
the machine mainly works for thermal refining, sheeting,plasticating and mixing of the rubber;it is the most widely-used equipment for production of rubber products.
Working Principle:
The Glue Stock on the two rollers rotating reversely with different linear speed is pulled in the nip of the two rollers by the frictional force,with the reduction of the friction surface through the rollers,it is cut and extruded strongly;in the mean time,the chain scission and oxidation occurs under a certain temperature condition,increasing its plasticity,the aim of milling achieve.
Structure:
It consists of 1:lubrication device(front roller),2:front roller,3:emergency brake,4:decelerator, 5:main motor 6:water inlet and water outlet 7:nip adjustment device 8:lubrication system 9:to connect material 10:base 11:driving gear 12:braking device 13:speed ratio gear 14:electrical control system and rack and so on.
