Product Description

Application: 
It is used to cut the big tyre without bead into rubber blocks,which will be more easily crushed for the next process.Be utilized in separation among the crown, side-wall and bead of waste tyre, which is the first process of reclaiming waste tyre.

Structure and principle :
It mainly consists of the motor,cutting blades,static blades,frame,oil cylinder,hydraulic system,control box,etc.
 
Working Method: 
The oil cylinder and hydraulic system are driven by a motor.Put the tyre without wire bead on the stand of the static blades.The tyre is fixed by locking arms tightly then cut by the blades driven by oil cylinder.The tyre is cut into several blocks,which will be more easily crushed or shredded for the next process.
 
Mechanical description: 
The tires more than 800 need to cut,and cut into four pieces in general.The size of piece is 200-500mm


Opeation
First, put the tire on the platform, then rotate the hand wheel, the three claws will stick the inner tire firmly, Second, Starting power, work platform will rotation, cutting tool according to need to cut tire slowly step by step. Until the tire side cut off.
