Product Description

                                                              600 fine rubber crusher
Structure: the crusher adopts horizontal structure, the main shaft is supported by two rolling bearings, two power frames are installed on the shaft, 4 fixed knives are installed on each moving frame, transmission pulley and balance wheel are installed on the outer side of the two bearing seats, and 4 sets of fixed knives are installed in the housing. The strong shear is carried out in the crushing chamber by moving the knife, and according to the size of the discharge material, the screen in the comminuted chamber can be replaced, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing requirements.
Uses:
Crushed 3-5cm rubber blocks into1-5mm granulars  (granulars   can be replaced by screens).
Wearing parts; blade (fixing knife: 4, moving knife: 21), need to be repaired and polished after 20 days of use
The granulars produced by the blade crusher are even and full and relatively regular.
