2. The silicone rubber extruder extruded products with high density and stable and identical dimension, the screw and extrusion head can be dismantled and cleaned conveniently.

3. When extruding the abnormal rubber strips with all kinds of complex section forms, it can guarantee the accurate dimension and form. 
4. To all kinds of soft and hard silicon rubber with the hardness from 30 to 80 degrees, it can guarantee the excellent extrusion and cure effect with high production efficiency and easy operation.

5. The screw L/D ratio is 12: 1, the extruded products have good density.
6. The type of screw is unequally spaced and unequally deep, single screw thread. When the compression ratio is 2.5:1, it can extrude all kinds of soft and hard silicon rubber with the degree of 30 to 80 (Shore A hardness)well.
7. The filter plate which is in the front of screw can be installed with filter screen to reduce impurities of silicone. 
8. By adopting the converter moter and FUJI frequency converter, the low speed and high speed of machine and the control ability of machine is very stable and excellent.
9. By adopting the floating type design, the screw can be easy to demount and clean. It is especially applicable to the production which needs to often change the color or Platinum silicone. The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability, and can completely empty silicone in the barrel .
10. The barrel and the cooling trough are in the same body. By using external spiral passage cooling method, the cooling effect is very good and the working temperature is below 40 degree Celsius.
11. It has the function of extruding the hatching line, it can extrude with two colors (three color) and extrude with different silicone such as conduction silicone etc. It is also applicable to the production of extruded products such as silicone.
