 1 Application: The equipment is used for separation raw rubber and steel wire from unvulcanized tire, it I adopt Pneumatic, obtain steel and raw rubber from unvulcanized tire. Basing on the Pneumatic, so need air compressor.
 
2 Advantage:
1 separating clean rubber from steel
2 save labor.
 
A. The oil-water separator must be connected before the air pump and
 
      air belt.
 
B. The pressure of the air pump is 0.7-0.8Mpa.
 
 
 
Connect the air pump with the UNCURED TIRE STEEL WIRE SEPARATOR then go into trial operation. After its working smoothly, put the middle parts of the rubber strips (500-600)*(40-50) under the cutter to separate the rubber like the video attachment.
 
 
 








Note:
 
1. Waterproof, moisture proof, prevent nuts loosening.
 
2.Grease will be laid on the motor reducer and turning chain per 30 days.
