Features

1. The main machine is of cast structure, high intensity, and low noise and durable.
2. Roller:Chilled cast iron alloy, HS75(harder than HS72) , Steam and cooling water can be inputted in the hollow roller to adjust temperature, cooling and heating uniformly .
3.Reducer :three kinds : hard gear / big-small gears / planetary gear. The hard gear can reach 40% energy saving than common type .
4.Bush:bearing bush or nylon tile .The bearing bush can last for 6-8 years at least .

5. Safety Protection Devices:  With 4 emergency stop buttons / chest touch rods / pull ropes 

6. Cooling System: open / sealed water cooling ciculation system

7. Lubricating System:  manual (grease or oil) / automatic (pump)

8. Nip Adjustment: manual(hand wheel) /  antomatic( motor)

9. Electric Controll:normal or PLC controlling, it is easy and convenient operation .

10. Two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber materials are drawn into the gap of the two rollers for processing. With hydraulic-controlling roll guide, it can freely adjust the axial separation of roll guide.

11. This machine also can be installed stock blender according to customer's request to decrease the labor work.

Applications:
1. The opened mixing mill is mainly used for plasticating,mixing and sheeting rubber materials. It is the general equipment in rubberand related industries.
The machine main uses are following in rubber product factory: Natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound mixing. Rubber beating mixing and rubber tab letting.

2. This machine is double roller opening to be used for rubber mixing. It consists of seat, Frame, Rubber, Driving device, Lubricator and cooler, range adjusting device of roller. Safety brake. Motor and reducer, etc.

3. The roller is made from safety cooled and hard cast steel, smooth surface is polished. In term of different case. Saturated steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust speed of roller. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which make relative rotation in different velocity to mix rubber.
