Vacuum Kneading Machine
Vacuum Kneader is widely used in these industries, such as high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, CMC, battery, ink, dye, pharmacy, resin, plastics and cosmetics, etc.
Temperature adjustment can be done by using heat transfer oil circulation, electric heating, steam and water cooling. It can be made to these structures, such as tank body jacket, wallboard jacket, stirrer passing cooling water, passing heat transfer oil. It is used for heating and cooling.
Feature:
Stirring blade is optimal streamline structure with polished surface guaranteeing degree of finish.
Supporting part adopts self-aligning bearing to support and shaft will not sway.
Oldham's coupling can compensate the relative displacement between the two shafts.
The upper cover adopts hydraulic operation lifting with seal of newest tri-seals
technique guaranteeing the overall tightness of the cylinder.
