Four-roll automatic rubber  calender machine

Automatic rubber sheeting / calender machine

1.the calender  machine is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting.

2.The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces. 

3.The two rollers are smooth ones with bored cavities and can be cooled homogeneously.

 4.The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. 

5. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rollers will be stopped immediately. 

6.The refiner has three types of mounting, nylon mounting, copper mounting, bearing mounting. 

7.And the bearing mounting type is recommended. With bearing mounting, the rubber has much longer working life.

 

Purpose

The 4-roll  Rubber Calender Machine is mainly used for fractioning of tape rolling and fabric gluing in rubber factories.

Main structure

The machine consists of a base, a rack, a roller, a motor, a reducer, a friction gear, a distance regulator, a thin oil lubrication device and other main parts/components. The rollers are arranged in a inveted L shape to facilitate operation.

Working Process:

Fabric Feeding(Unreeling) Device→Fabric Splicer→Vertical Type Six Rollers Drying Device→Front Tension Device→4 Rollers Rubber Calender(Main Machine)→Behind Tension Device→Horizontal Type Six Rolls Cooling Device→Double-station Reeling Device.
