General Hot Feed Rubber Extruder is mainly applicable to shape extruding tubes of products. It has kinds of extruder heads for covering rubber of hose, electric wire and cable, also extruding types of tread, various different type rubber plate and board, and other rubber products.
The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoALA highquality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the very hardness HRC is 60~65. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good.
