1. Name:

2. Usage:

The rubber vulcanizing machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of model rubber and plastic products as well as non-model products.

3. Features(Rubber vulcanizing machine):

(1) - Beam and platform: Q235 steel 

    Welded together as a whole part; Annealing treatment after weldment. 

(2) - Plate: Surface polishing to 1.6μm; Depth of parallelism ±0.05mm. 

     Plate with Q235A or 45# Steel . 

(3) - Frame: Q235 steel, thickness 80mm, parallelism ±1.5mm. 

     Weldment: submerged arc welding, VSR treatment after weldment.

(4) - Piston with material Chilled cast iron HS 68-75 hardness.

(5) - Hydraulic Cylinder Cast steel ZG-270-500.

(6) - PLC and all electric parts brand: Schneider, and best brand Zhengtai in China.
