Main use:

Structure feature:
This machine is composed of frame, motor, assistant drive plate, blade, screener, feeding room and so on. When the material going to the crushing room, the eight moving knives and four fixed knives cutting the material at the same time till the material size can through the screener, the big material would be cut again and again till the size is ok. The knife distance of the moving and fixed can be adjusted according to the material size.
The material:
The machine, adopting excellent hard alloy steel or wearable steel as its blade, is durable and suitable for the coarse comminution of different types of hard material. With the rotary blade and fixed blade, the materials are cut into granules falling on the sieve. By adjusting the sieve, we can control the size of granules. The machine is equipped with cooling water system, so as to control the comminution temperature and guarantee the granule quality.
