XK-160 Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill
Working Principle:
Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which rotate reversely in different velocity to mix rubber.
Application:
XK-160 lab mixing mill is mainly used to mix, plasticize and warm mix various kinds of rubber and plastic products. The lab mixing mill is also applied in the extruding of rubber sheet. Especially for the Laboratory and small-sized industrial enterprise to use.
Structure:
XK-160 lab mixing mill consists of platform type base, frame, rollers, transmission speed ratio gears, reducer, gear head motor, nip adjustment device and the emergency brakes and etc.
Salient Features:
1' The roller is made form Chilled Cast Iron, its smooth surface is highly polished, possessing high hardness and abrasive resistance.
2' The roller is hollow structure: Saturated steam and colling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust the temperature of the roller, it also can be heated by electrical heated tube in the roller.
3' Desktop configuration of the machine, while the gear reducer is set up inside the base, the roller and rack is onside, makes the machine compact structure, low noise and etc.
