2. This machine is mainly used for the mixing of natural rubber or reclaimed rubber after desulphurization to mixing, plastic refining and tablet
Our Products:
1. This machine is mainly by frame, base, before and after rollers, transmission gear, deceleration machine, from the device, lubrication device and emergency brake, heating and cooling equipment etc.
2. The rollers are the machine's main parts and made by cold hard alloy cast iron. Its working surface hardness is HS75 and the surface is worked by grinding processing, so it has the high hardness and wear resistance.
3. There is a cooling pipe in the rollers, through the pipe, cooling water or steam can flow into the sewer pipes from the down tube mouth, to adjust the surface temperature of rollers and meet the technological requirements.
Features:
1. The rolls are made of chilled cast iron, the surface is hard and wearable, the internal processing can make the temp. Of the roll surface well-proprotioned.
2. The machine has overload protection device. And the major components cannot be damaged because of overloading.
3. The machine is equpped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
5. The base of the machine is a complete frame, so it. Is very convenient for installation.
