Usage:

It is mainly used FOR THE FILTERING OF NATURAL RUBBER AND RECLAIMED RUBBER,IT CAN ALSO BE USED TO FILTER THE VAMP AND INNER TUBE MASS BY RUBBER MANUFACTURERS,WITH HARDENED TOOTH-SURFACE REDUCER.
Features:

1. The barrel is composed of several zones. In the feed zone of barrel with the spiral slots. In the plasticity and extrusion zone different number of pins are fitted which enhance mixing and plastic capacity for extrusion material.

2. The screws and barrels made of high quality alloy steel with nitrogen hardening makes it more wear-resistant and more corrosion protection.

3. The screws and bushes are subjected to nitrogenation treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.

4. The reducer has a forced lubrication unti, which is featured by high transmission efficiency, long service life and low noise.

5. The machine over 150 is driven by a variable-speed motor.

6. The side rolls are designed as side-open type for easy rubber removal.
