This conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is designed and manufactured by the user's requirements. For curing PVG conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt , flat type fabric rubber conveyor belt.
Structure Overview
The machine is single working layer, steam heating, frame type vulcanizing press, mainly consisted by three major parts: the host, hydraulic system, and electric control system, a separate fuel tank installed on the host side, without the influence of hot plate temperature, electric cabinet mounted on a separate host other side.

Cloth Liner Take-up Device→Loosening with Core→Roll Group(3 groups)→Front Hauling Device→Front Clamping and Stretching Device→Main Vulcanizing Press→Middle Clamping Device→Roll Group(3 groups)→Behind Clamping and Stretching→Behind Hauling Device→Repairing Press→Double Roll Wind Up Device.
