High Performance Electric Rubber Precision Preformer Product Description
Precision preformer is a kind of high-efficiency and high-precision device for manufacturing rubber blank. It can be used in combination with a wide range of rubber material in extruding rubber blank of mid to high hardness and of intricate shapes such as circle and solid figures. Owing to its high precision volume and low air content, it is capable of producing products ranging from rubber sundries, sealing members, inflating valves, tennis balls and shoe soles.
Structure introduction
The precision preformer is composed of a ram extruder and a rubber blank cutter attached to the ram head. It is also equipped with hydraulic, vacuum, heating, pneumatic and electrical system. While in operation, the first step is to open the ram head and add the preheated prehensile rubber material into the machine from anterior part of the barrel. After that, the ram head is to be closed to adjust the extruding and cutting speed (volume control chart is provided with the machine). Eventually, after vacuumization and cutting, the rubber blank with precise weight will then be obtained.
1. Extruding device: It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, batching barrel and
ram head.
2. Hydraulic device: This device is selected with high-pressure gear pump and YUKEN flow valve imported from Japan. Hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the flow valve and the pressure difference prior to and after throttling is controlled at a constant value so as to ensure the precise weight of the rubber blank extruded. This device is equipped with cooling system driven by 2 sets of hydraulic axletrees which can make reasonable and effective use of energy and control the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
3. Pneumatic device: It is used to open and close the ram head as well as control the movements of other devices, for example, the cylinder.
4. Vacuumizing system: Before extruding and cutting of rubber material, the vacuumization aims at eliminating the air remained inside the barrel and the ram head as well as the gas contained in the rubber material so as to improve the quality of sulfur products to be produced in the following process.
5. Heating system: With the adoption of water circulation heating method, the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital thermostat which can effectively maintain the constant temperature of the ram head and the barrel.
6. Cutting device: It is composed of frame, electromotor and deceleration system, which can conduct speed transmission via four-speed motor gearbox and frequency conversion motor. In addition, there is also a transmission system installed under the frame.
