→Description:

1. Kneading machine is of high viscosity, elastic-plastic material mixing and kneading, sulfide, aggregation, the ideal equipment.

2.With two Σ blades, usually quick one in 42 revolutions per minute, slow one in 28 revolutions per minute,different blade speed makes the mixed material can quickly homogeneous mixing with no dead zone.

 3. Generally adopts chassis, ease of installation.

 4. Adopt bevel gear or machine of decelerate of hard tooth flank, make and host smooth transmission, low voice and long service life.

 5. Impeller and the mixing cylinder wall, use SUS304 stainless steel or SUS316L stainless steel material, to ensure the purity of products.

 6. Advanced structure, good sealing effect of the shaft sealing system. The unique design of the balance chamber structure, make sure that there is no grinding out the black material.
