Main features

1. Structure (Machine body, Drive system, Nip adjusting device, Emergency brake
device, Roll temperature adjusting device, Lubrication system, Rubber stopper, Accepter device and Electrical control system.
2. Roll is make of chilled alloy cast iron with hardness 72-75 and adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings with good lubrication.
3. Transmission system: Hardened tooth gear reducer and double out shaft transmission, which is connected with front and back rolls by universal shaft coupling of nylon stick pin. The motor is connected with reducer by elastic shaft coupling. All the driving gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case, well lubricated by spraying type.
