Major Constructional Details:
1. Rolls: Alloy Chilled Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating

2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: NIP adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.

3. Roll Cooling: Through universal funnel type drop tray System for water circulation and roll cooling.

4. Journal Bearing Housing: Heavy Duty Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings or Phosphorous Bronze bush Bearing switch line in Brass Housing

5. Lubrication: Manual / Motorized Grease pump for lubrication of Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing and Force-feed lubrication motorized pump for recirculation of oil in brass bushes.

6. Stand Frame & Apron (Cap): Heavy Duty Steel Casting.

7. Gearbox: Worm reduction gearbox, Greaves / Shanti Make.

8. Bed: Common bed construction, Steel Beams/ Channels and MS plate fabricated.
