Equipment features:
-The electric heating vulcanization tank is automatically controlled by temperature, pressure, and time, and is 20 percent more energy-efficient than ordinary vulcanizing tanks.Special stainless steel heating tube, built-in new thermal insulation and oxidation material, heating block, long service life.
-The electric heating tube is divided into three groups of switches to be controlled separately, and only one set of vulcanized insulation is retained after the set temperature is reached. This design effectively saves electricity consumption and reduces the cost of curing. The external line terminal of the electric heating pipe is external, avoiding the built-in wiring point heating and sparking, safe and reliable.
-Through high-temperature and high-pressure integrated fan circulation in the tank, the heat from the front to the back evenly spread. The high-temperature air is circulated back and forth in the tank body through a special air duct plate to ensure that the temperature in the tank is even and there is no dead angle, thus solving the problem that the product quality caused by the uneven temperature and pressure in the tank product is not the same.
-The tank warms up quickly, the temperature is even, and the pressure is constant. After setting the working procedure, the control system automatically performs heating, insulation, vulcanization, etc., and emits audible and visual alarm sounds after curing.
