                          XK-160/250/300  Lab two roll open mixing mill for rubber plastics

A. Structure

It consists of seat, frame, roller, driving gear, lubricating device, cooling and heating device, adjusting device of roller nip, safety brake, motor and reducer, etc.

B. Feature

1. Chilled cast iron roll is abrasion resistant with long service life.

2. The speed reducer is the hard-tooth surface gear reducer of Class 6 precision, which has long service life and low noise

3. Perfect emergency stop device can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

4. The seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil.

5. The roller, with smooth surface after polished, is made of chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust temperature of roller.

6. Two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber materials are drawn into the gap of the two rollers for processing. With hydraulic-controlling roll guide, it can freely adjust the axial separation of roll guide.

7. This machine also can be installed stock blender according to customer's request to decrease the labor work
