1. Ring cutter

Usage:
It could be applied to cut all kinds of rubber blocks and strips. It is good for cutting rubber tyre, rail tyre, rubber strips etc.
Construction & Principle: :
It mainly consists of the motor, cutting blades, static blades, frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, control box, etc.
Its basic principle is: The oil cylinder and hydraulic system are driven by a motor. Put the tyre without wire bead on the stand of the static blades. The tyre is fixed by locking arms tightly then cut by the blades driven by oil cylinder. The tyre is cut into several blocks, which will be more easily crushed or shredded for the next process.
