Introduction:
QG37 series hook type shot blast machine is mainly used for surface cleaning and strengthening of steel structural parts,casting,aluminun alloy parts and other spare parts.It is widely used in foundry,forging,mechanical and steel industry.In particular,QG378 series features no pit,double hook without rail exchanging,compact structure,and high productivity.
Casting Shot Blasting Machine Application
It is suitable for surface cleaning of medium-small casting.Sometimes it also replace trolley type shot blasting machine for cleaning bigger casting along with increasing of loading of hook
Simple introduction of the shot blast machine structure:
1. The impeller head is composed of blast wheel, the structure is simple and durable.
2. BE type segregator is very efficient and it can protect blast wheel.
