Introduction
 
1.Hydraulic Presses are the machines in which rubber compound and other materials are shaped as
finished products. As are the machines, so are the finished products. Ranging from 50 to 2500 Tons,
theses Presses are manufactured with operation safety and optimum machine production in mind.
 
2.Controls and hydraulic system are perfectly matched to ensure complete customer satisfaction
 
3.The frame is fabricated from tested-quality steel profiles and plates of suitable thickness to withstand
load during operation. Maximum frame rigidity is achieved through computer aided frame design for
longer life of press. Precise machining of parts and their careful assembly ensures accuracies like
parallelism between platen & bed and right angularity between the bed and the moving platen.
 
4.The low noise powerful hydraulic unit is designed as per latest standards and assembled with best
quality components. All valves are manifold mounted for easy and quick maintenance. A pressure relief
valve protects against overloading of the press. During curing period, the motor stops which reduces
electricity consumption. These presses provide fast approach, slow pressing and fast return speeds.

Rubber tile is made of two layers of different rubber granulates, color granulates are fine granulates or rubber wire in surface, the bottom layer is thick rubber granulates or rubber wire.

 

The main process:

 

 1. Conching :put the rubber granulates and stain into the stirring barrel to stir and then put into the adhesive to sir ,this process requires for 4-6 minutes.(because the adhesive is easy to cure, so stir it when use

 

2. Weighing raw materials weight the rubber granulates stirred, according to the granulates thickness requirement of the tiles.

 

3. Paving and pressing: paving the rubber granulates weighted on the mold, then floated it by trowel. Firstly paving the surface rubber granulates which are fine and color, then the thickness and black

4. Vulcanizing molding: covering anti adhesion cloth, pushing the mold into vulcanizer to vulcanize, the time of vulcanizing accord to the thickness of the rubber tiles, in general, 3-8minutes finished. After that, mold separate automatic, then remove floor tile on the shelves to dry.

 

5. Inspecting: inspect the surface of the floor tiles formity, no aberration, no flaw line with the product quality.
