Use:
This machine is mainly used for reclaimed rubber refining and the piece, in single machine of reclaimed rubber production technology in the configuration and multiple water machine configuration, achieve the best production effect.
Characteristics:
This machine is two horizontal rollers structure, the use of rolling bearing support roller, save electricity and energy saving, service life is long, thin oil lubrication and oil lubrication in two ways, on the basis of reclaimed rubber production process can provide a variety of roller speed, roller adopt alloy chilled cast iron, hardness meet the national standard, inner cavity treatment of roll surface temperature uniformity, the forced circulation cooling, heat faster.
Machine is equipped with overload protection and safety emergency braking, fully protect the machine main parts from being damaged and the operator safety during overload. The machine adopts manual tuning is apart from the easy to operate, and with a scraper and automatic take-up device, convenient for rubber removed from the roll.
