XK-450 Rubber Mixing Mill with ISO, SGS, CE
Application:
Introducing the latest technology from South Korea,and combining our twenty years professional experience,we launced the new generation of two-roll mixing mill.The performances of the new product,such as reliability, stability, mixing effciency,noise reduction,etc,are improvedgreatly.
Features:
1. Roller: Material is chilled cast alloy iron, the hardeness of surface is 70± 2HSD, the depth ofchilling layer is ~20mm;
2. Roll bearing and oil seal use the spherical roller bearing, can save 10-15% energy
3. Roll bearing lubricater is use the oil lubricating with electrical pump.
4. Bearing housing is made from grey cast iron, made by annealing process and have a lubricate hole.
5. Nip adjustment device is driven by the motor, include the motor worm wheel, worm and dial scale, it can adjust singly and synchronally.
6. Frame is made from cast iron, by annealing process.
7. Bed plate is made by welding and annealing process.
8. Stock guide is mounted at the frame, main body is cast iron, the part near the roller is nylon66;
9. Driving system is enclosed drive, the motor drive the reducer through flexible coupling, the reducer drive the roller through the universal coupling.
10. Ergency stop and brake device: There are emergency rod on the top of machine and button at the inside of frame, and the roller will stop in 1/4 cycle when the button is pressed.
