Advanced technical features of our machine:
1-Sealing system
Complete sealed condition, materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stable quality. No material leakage.
2-The rotor
Rotor is made by precision cast steel (ZG310-570), and its working surface are coated on wearable hard alloy (thickness 5~8 mm, hardness reach 65), after Polish, then chorm plated, thickness 0.15 mm.
3-Chamber
The material of Chamber is high qulity alloy steel, after welded and seasoning. In order to keep the abrasive resistance of its inner surface, we use thermal refining, hardness reach HB300, also Polish it then chrome plated 0.15 mm. Hardness HV1000, the machine will gain best abrasive resistance and corrosion resisting property.
4-Rolling bearings of rotor
We use the 40 Cr (chrome steel), double costs than other supplier who use 45# steel. The ultimate tensile strength will reach 800 Mpa, limit of yielding will reach 550 Mpa.
5-Speed ratio gear
We use 42CrMo as material, after tempering, nitriding, the gear will be most hardness, . The accuracy grade can reach 7, and hardness for surface of gear reach 58HRC.
6- Electrical control system adopts imported PLC,
Its advantages include easy modifying program, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability and energy saving 20% etc. Famous brand OMRON, or MITSUBISHI.
7- Mterial feeding
Feeding from back door on the frame (or another top door) is convenient for continuous process to discharge and is easy for changing pigments and cleaning the chamber.
8-CERTIFICATION
CE, ISO as well as SGS manufacture authorized.
